Due diligence

Don’t expect the problems you have to be fixed until we have had time to look at them from at every angle. This is the process we do before anything else. In return, you get a report detailing the problems you face from our point of view, and the likely cost and time taken to fix them.

Or we can just overlook your system and offer consolation if it can’t be fixed in its current form. However, most cleaning systems can (and should) be improved…..

Feasibility studies

It may be you have a brilliant idea about introduction of a new or different method of cleaning or someone else has suggested this. Will it work or is there an even better way.

  1. BulletAre your suppliers giving you cause for concern?

  2. BulletAre you buying the right products for the job?

  3. BulletIs there a better way?

Let us check it out for you as part of our service. You’ll get a straight answer and some workable solutions provided. We always do a feasibility study before we introduce any new processes – we have to have due regard to any legislative and environmental requirements you may have.

Technical reports and manuals

These form the basis of our work and you will find that they fit perfectly within your ISO 9000:2000 and ISO 14000 systems. Our reports will give you a full, detailed system report and implementation strategy. It’ll be lavishly illustrated as well since we have our own photography and design studio.

Want the system on a web site or database? We can do that for you as well.

Setting and writing standards and benchmarks

The standards you need your cleaning to achieve should be of the highest achievable quality. We establish and write new standards and set benchmarks, and train your cleaners to reach these.

Training packages

It’s no use expecting a good cleaning job to be done unless cleaners are well trained. If we implement new cleaning systems, we will expect the cleaners to know what they are doing. To that end we can produce training packages to train your cleaners in the correct cleaning procedures required.

Hygiene, environmental and safety audits

You will find that most of these problems and their solutions are linked. To find out what is wrong in any system an audit should be used. We can identify current and potential problems using these and we always use this method for your due diligence, just to get to know your current system. Use us for any potential new process or just ask us to audit your current system for you. We can also set up an audit trail for you if you wish as part of your own QA system

Method Assessment, Risk Management and Assessments

In the cleaning system

  1. These are an integral part of any cleaning system. The risk inherent in any cleaning system, which we develop, is always assessed and anticipated so that a duty of care is built in to the system Methods are always described in terms of ease of use and are kept as simple as possible.

In the wider environment

  1. Risk management and assessments will always be conducted as an integral part of our services to you, as will Human Factors Integration. In most instances they will be incorporated within the wider strategy for legal and environmental compliance but we are able to conduct separate risk assessments in many other areas including and not limited to:

  1. BulletLegionella risk and control in water and water storage systems

  2. BulletWaste disposal on land and at sea

  3. BulletSafe handling of powders

  4. BulletPollution control
