How to use a Cleaning Consultancy

 We keep the whole process as simple as possible, from start to finish

Stage 1: First and foremost, we look at your problems in great detail. We spend a long time listening to you and we invest a significant amount of time in this process to enable us to thoroughly understand exactly what your needs and concerns are.

Stage 2: We then take the process to the next stage by preparing a report at our own expense outlining your problems from our point of view, what we intend to do for you, how we will structure the project and its proposed length and how much the work will cost. If we feel you require further, much more specialist inputs then we will also outline your exact requirements and their likely cost.

Stage 3: We work closely with you to meet all the objectives identified in our initial report. Very often your problems aren’t what you think they are, and we will identify these and correct them or suggest ways of correction. 

From the beginning of any project we give you regular reports and will meet with you frequently so that you are continually being advised as to work in progress.

You ideally become part of our team to our mutual benefit and satisfaction to ensure that you thoroughly understand the technical processes behind the systems we design so that the long term continuity of the system is guaranteed.

We will never leave you high and dry, nor will we design a system unduly complex. The whole process will be as simple as possible from start to finish.
