We also offer consultancy for procurement of surface materials for through life maintenance costs. This may not seem to be a cleaning issue, however if you  procure say a floor covering, which may eventually require much higher levels of maintenance than an alternative then this will lead to more costs than at first appears. We have considerable experience in cleaning and restoration of all types of surface materials for all constructs and designs. Our fees will more than pay for themselves in the cost savings we can certainly make
 
Before you take any manufacturers advice on your proposed materials it will pay you to talk to us. We can give you an indication of the likely maintenance costs plus the probable lifetime of the material. This may well be different from the manufacturer’s claims but we know our cleaning, maintenance and restoration procedures inside out and will already know the ins and outs of the material. You may not nor will you have the time to really spec. this out properly.
